For your convenience we accept payments in our offices, by phone, post and online:

• Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard
• Cheque – made payable to Braithwaite Speech and Learning Clinic
• Cash
• Eftpos

Private health Insurance

Please let us know, prior to your appointment, if you wish to claim from your private health fund. Our Practice Staff will prepare the necessary receipts for you to claim directly through your fund. If copies of receipts already issued are requested, a charge may be applied.

We would also remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that your insurance benefits may result in less coverage than anticipated. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. As well, different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Some companies take care of claims promptly while others may have delayed payments.
